A Portrait of the Young Artist as a Madman

The “art is only good if the creator is miserable” meme really screwed with my head, growing up, and it was good to have the opportunity to put my more recent thinking on the subject in writing. I think this is one of the ideas I’d most want readers to take from Triggered: that happiness and mental health and creativity can all coexist comfortably in the same noggin.
